Job Description Job Description Job Summary LHH is currently
recruiting for a prestigious law firm in the Atlanta market. This
high-performing defense team will be handling complex and
fast-moving litigation. As an Insurance Defense Paralegal, you'll
own discovery workflows, manage medical records, coordinate
experts, and support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of each
case. Key Responsibilities Manage case files, litigation calendars,
hearings, depositions, IMEs, and EUOs Draft and respond to
discovery; coordinate productions and build privilege logs Order,
organize, summarize, and evaluate medical and billing records
Prepare subpoenas, deposition summaries, trial notebooks, and
exhibit binders Support attorneys with court filings in state and
federal courts Communicate with adjusters, clients, witnesses, and
experts Assist with carrier reporting, budgeting, and litigation
guideline compliance Requirements At least 2 years of insurance
defense litigation experience is required Strong understanding of
Georgia civil procedure and federal court rules Demonstrated skill
in medical records review and chronology creation Experience
drafting discovery and coordinating document productions Excellent
communication, time management, and writing skills Ability to
handle multiple deadlines with sharp attention to detail Paralegal
certificate is preferred Benefits: Depending on the specific
